I haven’t written in forever, but I thought I might as well do it now.
I am concerned about my weight. I am currently 108 pounds and have gained almost 9 pounds in the last week. Mind you I am about 5’3. I have recently started taking a new type of birth control due to the fact that my last kind was making me extremely sick. The thing with this new pill is that if I don’t eat every few hours, it will make me sick. I have definitely been slacking of a ton with my work out. ( I used to work out for an hour daily and have not done so in about a month.) I use to have very visible abs and my legs were perfect from the constant work out. I understand that normally 108 pounds seems really light, but in comparison to what I was a week ago, it is kinda insane. Could the weight gain be water weight? I have heard that some birth control can cause you to gain more weight because of water. I’m not sure how true that is, but I would really like to know.
I am planning to start back on my fitness routine tomorrow afternoon. It really needs to be done.
Is there any like 3 day diet plans to help me get back on track? I have seen a few, but I can’t find them right now.
